Do you offer any warranty on your work?
Yes, we do. Should you have any issues with any of our repairs after the job is completed. Please contact us immediately so that we can send someone out to rectify anything should it ever happen.
Are your technicans bilingual?
Yes, all of our staff are fully bilingual and is able to serve your in either official language here in Quebec, Canada.
Are you fully insured?

Can I cancel my appointment on the same day?
We understand that certain life emergencies can happen at any given moment. We prefer cancellation notices given to us ateast 48 hours in advance but for any unforseen mishaps , we will be much understanding and honor your cancellation.
Do i need to supply replacement parts?
You can buy your own parts however, if they are not the correct ones we will use our parts. As we will not leave and return the same day should the parts you buy are incorrect fits. This is why we encourage our customers to let us bring the parts are we are usually 100% sure of the correct parts required for the job being done.
